KB3D "MinMax" 120V Silicone Heater for Voron V2.4 / Trident
Meet our new MinMax silicone heaters for Voron V2.4 & Trident!
We combined all the best features of other bed heater options while shedding the annoying "gotcha's"
Options:
Choose your build size!
250mm (255mm Bed): 244x244 - 300W - 120V
300mm (305mm Bed): 295x295 - 500W - 120V
350mm (355mm Bed): 344x344 - 750W - 120V
Unique Features:
Symmetrical Design:
Allows the user to determine the wiring exit location. Namely for Trident builds that previously forced wires to exit the front of the machine.
Kinematic Friendly:
Generous clearance around all mounting holes and auxiliary threads means no conflict with kinematic bed mounts or alternative standoffs.
Edge to edge performance:
Uniform heating avoids the need for long heat soaks to reach a consistent temperature across the entire build plate.
Just enough room left for a high temperature RTV bead around the perimeter for high bed temperature applications.
Standard Keenovo Features:
Safety:
Keenovo has been a trusted manufacturer of silicone heaters for the 3D printing market for many years.
Wiring:
Fiberglass sleeved heater wires offer long term operation inside or outside of drag chains.
An integrated NTC 100k thermistor reports true heater temperature in the event of detachment from the build plate.
An integrated strain relief protects heated bed wires from short circuits and focused bending locations.
Adhesive:
Genuine high temperature 3M or Lohmann adhesive backing makes for an easy installation and secure grip.
Notes From Keenovo:
- Heaters may get super hot. Please handle with care.
- Red wires are the Thermistor sensor extension wires, white wires are for voltage supply to the heating element.
- A supporting frame/layer is strongly suggested to have the heating element "sandwiched" tightly for better heating result.
- It is highly recommended to control your silicone heater with a solid state relay for safe operation.
- Do not cut the heater.
