Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, returns are accepted for refund as follows:

• Any/all products for return request must be new, unused, and sealed inside any/all packaging it came with when dispatched
• The original purchase was made no more than 30 calendar days from return request.
• The original purchaser must contact us prior to returning any items for approval unless purchased through Google.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless expressed in writing by KB-3D. If your product is defective, we will issue you a return label free of charge.
• ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE (unless item is being returned due to defect)
• Any damages to return products from poor packing or handling during transit will not be the responsibility of KB-3D.

Any products returned that don't meet or accept the above terms will not receive a refund.
