All Metal Planetary Dual Gear Direct Drive Extruder
Sovol's self-developed all-metal direct drive extruder, featuring a planetary dual gear set, provides the SV06 Plus with a higher drive ratio and a lighter motor, helping to achieve more accurate extrusion. Additionally, a large external knob is included for easy feeding.
300℃ High Temp All Metal High Flow Hotend
The all-metal hotend setup allows printing at temperatures up to 300°C. There's no need to replace PTFE tubing or flash the firmware, making it easier to print with various materials. (An enclosure is still needed for printing above 260°C.)
The all-metal hotend, with its larger melt zone, also enables faster printing. With a high flow rate of up to 20mm³/s, it can achieve printing speeds of 150mm/s, significantly reducing the likelihood of clogging.
Large Build Volume
The 300x300x340mm print size makes the SV06 Plus stand out among i3 style 3D printers. Its modular design allows for easy assembly in just five steps, making it more suitable for household use.
25-Point Auto Leveling
The SV06 Plus features an inductive sensor that automatically detects the metal print bed at 25 points and compensates for any unevenness. This fast, smart, and precise detection ensures a perfectly leveled surface and an excellent first layer. Note: Setting the initial layer height to 0.3mm in your slicing software will help achieve a better first layer and improve filament adhesion to the plate.
Resume Printing
The resume printing function allows the printer to continue printing seamlessly after a power outage.
PEI Build Plate
The flexible PEI-coated build plate with a mesh surface design allows prints to be removed easily without the need for tools.
Dual Z axis
Dual Z-axis screws and stepper motors enhance the accuracy and precision of the nozzle's vertical movement, with a specified Z-axis accuracy of 0.001mm.
32-bit Silent Mainboard
