Sovol Magnetic Flexplate - Textured PEI - 310x320mm - for SV06 Plus

Sovol's Magnetic Flexplate features a 310*320mm PEI coated stainless steel build surface and high temperature magnetic base, rated for use up to a maximum temperature of 130C.

The textured finish offers superior durability and adhesion compared to smooth surfaces. Once the print is complete, allow the heated bed to cool and it will release at room temperature. In rare cases where the print remains stuck, simply flex the steel plate to pop it free. Should the PEI coating begin to wear from repeat use, it can be scoured with mild steel wool and cleaned with isopropyl alcohol to maintain exceptional adhesion.

The installation is simple. Peel the protective backing sheet from the magnetic base to expose the adhesive, then firmly press it on to the heated bed. Once the magnet has been mounted on the surface, place the stainless steel flexplate on top.
