LDO Motors Stealth Changer Base Kit
The Base Kit is the starting point for every Stealth Changer build. It's the intelligent core that makes automatic tool changing possible, turning any Voron 2.4 into a multi-tool printing system.
Each Stealth Changer installation requires one Base Kit, regardless of how many tools you plan to add. The V2.4 300mm supports up to 5 toolheads while the V2.4 350mm supports up to 6, with the Base Kit serving as the foundation for all configurations.
How It Works
The Stealth Changer Base Kit replaces your current toolhead carriage with a shuttle system that can automatically swap between different tools. The shuttle mounts to the printer's gantry just like a regular toolhead, but uses bushings and pins with magnets to quickly connect and disconnect tools. When you need a different tool, the printer moves to a dock, releases the current tool, picks up a new one and keeps printing.
The system continuously monitors tool status through built-in sensors, and it's compatible with most popular toolheads by bolting a simple backplate to existing mount points.
Kit Configuration
The Stealth Changer is split into three separate sub-kits:
★ SC BASE KIT
Contains the core components required for the shuttle system: CNC machined shuttle, Nitehawk-Hexa 6+1 ports USB hub adapter, Sexball probe and all necessary hardware. This kit provides the foundation for the tool changing system and is required for any Stealth Changer installation.
★ SC TOOL & DOCK KIT
Each Tool & Dock Kit contains components for one complete tool station: Nitehawk-36 Toolboard Kit (SC Edition), Voron Opto Tap, RGB Sequin (user soldered), High CFM LDO fans and all necessary parts for dock.
* Important: You will need one Tool & Dock Kit for each additional tool you plan to use. Hotend and extruder are not included.
★ SC TOPHAT & DOOR BUFFER KIT
The TopHat & Door Buffer Kit provides the components for enclosed printers: LDO quality TopHat extrusions, clear PC panels, crossbar for door buffer and all necessary hardware.

Each Tool & Dock Kit creates one additional tool station, with the 300mm supporting up to 5 tools and the 350mm supporting up to 6 tools total.
