Sovol Bi-Metal Heatbreak - Copper and Titanium Alloy - for SV06

Sovol's Bi-Metal heatbreak is made up of two distinct metals, copper and Titanium TC4 alloy, which results in a sharper melt zone for superior performance. A unique bonding process joins these components firmly together for increased durability and reliable printing.

Manufactured with a Swiss-type 5-axis milling machine and assembled with a precision pressing mechanism, Sovol is able to achieve an inner surface finish of 0.3 and torque in excess of 10kg.

Tip for Optimal Results: To avoid clogging the bi-metal heatbreak, a retraction distance of 0.5mm or lower is recommended.
