What is it:

We’re not just recycling—we’re recreating. We’re transforming PET1 plastic bottles into high-quality 3D printing filament using pultrusion technology - and you can too! But that’s not all—we’re also repurposing old 3D printer parts, like Ender 3 frames, extruders, and motion systems, to build custom pultrusion units. Instead of tossing outdated machines, we’re using them to power the recycling process itself.

Pre-Assembled Melt Zone

Included in our MK6 kit is a fully pre-assembled melt zone featuring a ceramic + PEEK isolation standoff - keeping heat everywhere we want it - and nowhere we don't. Simply plug it in, and bolt it on!

Zero at-home crimping

Every wire in your kit is pre-terminated at the correct length - making assembly easier than ever for makers of any skill level.

Bottle Cutter BOM Included

Our kits also include precision ground bearings and other supporting parts for assembling the community bottle cutter. Transform your PET bottles into an 8mm wide strip of plastic ready for pultrusion!

Purpose-Built Components

Every component of the melt zone from the heat sink to the nozzle has been modified to offer the smoothest transition from ribbon to filament. Gone are the days of self sourced builds requiring drilling, chamfering and polishing off-the-shelf components. We also offer every component of the machine separately - making spare parts quick and easy.
