Prusa Smooth PEI Print Sheet for CORE One / One+, MK4S, MK3S+
The Smooth PEI Print Sheet is a double sided spring steel sheet compatible with the Prusa CORE One, CORE One+, MK4S, MK3S+, MK3.5S, MK3.9S, MK2.5S, and other MK series printers. It magnetically attaches to the MK52 heatbed, which uses high Curie temperature magnets for a secure hold.
This sheet uses the same PEI surface found on the original MK2/S and remains the best option for printing PLA. It provides excellent adhesion with nearly all materials and produces a smooth, glossy finish on the bottom of your prints. Fine details and small contact areas adhere reliably.
Minor marks from nozzle contact or tools may appear on the surface over time, typically showing as shinier spots. These do not affect functionality or adhesion. To restore a uniform appearance, lightly buff the affected area with the abrasive side of a dry kitchen sponge using a circular motion.
Note: Sheet color may vary (black, gold, green, etc). The PEI surface and all printing properties are identical across all color versions.

Usage Tips
- Do not clean with IPA before printing PETG. A release agent may be necessary to prevent overly strong adhesion.
- Always use glue stick when printing flexible filaments such as TPU or FlexFill.
- Surface marks can be buffed out using the abrasive side of a dry kitchen sponge with gentle circular motions.

Warranty Note
Print sheets are consumable parts and are not covered by warranty, as the coatings are expected to wear over time. Only sheets that arrive defective are eligible for warranty coverage. Tiny dots may appear on the PEI surface and can slightly affect print bottom appearance, but do not impact printing reliability and are not considered a warranty issue.
