Prusa Textured Powder-Coated Print Sheet for Core One / One+
The Textured Powder Coated Print Sheet is a double sided spring steel sheet designed for the Prusa CORE One and CORE One+. It magnetically attaches to the MK52 heatbed, which uses high Curie temperature magnets for a secure hold.
The powder coating is applied directly to the metal, making it highly resistant to damage. If a heated nozzle crashes into the surface, the metal dissipates the heat effectively. The textured finish transfers a distinct pattern to the bottom of your prints and helps hide minor mechanical damage from tools, since only the tops of the small bumps can be scratched.
This is the same sheet used on Prusa's production print farm. The printed parts on your own Prusa printer were likely made on this surface.

Usage Tips
- Never clean with acetone. Acetone causes microfractures in the PEI texture that will degrade the surface over time.
- PLA prints with small contact areas may require a brim for better adhesion.
- Large PLA prints may warp on this surface.
- Adjust your Live Z value when switching between different print sheets.
