Prusa Satin Powder-Coated Print Sheet for Core One / One+
The Satin Powder Coated Print Sheet is a double sided spring steel sheet designed for the Prusa CORE One and CORE One+. It magnetically attaches to the MK52 heatbed, which uses high Curie temperature magnets for a secure hold.
In terms of surface characteristics, the satin sheet sits between the smooth and textured PEI options. The powder coated finish has a lightly textured matte appearance that offers reliable adhesion across a wide range of materials, including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, FlexFill 98A, and Polycarbonate. Most filaments do not require a separation layer such as glue stick.
For Polycarbonate, the satin sheet performs better than smooth or textured alternatives. However, if printing PC frequently, a glue stick layer is recommended to help protect the surface over time.

Usage Tips
- Never clean with acetone. Acetone causes microfractures in the powder coating that will degrade the surface over time.
- Use a brim, skirt, or shield when printing ASA or PC Blend to improve adhesion and reduce warping.
- Adjust your Live Z value when switching between different print sheets.
- Do not use sharp metal tools such as a spatula to remove prints.
