The patented CHT design incorporates multiple chambers that split filament flow through the melt zone, delivering a 50% increase in maximum volumetric flow rate while ensuring superior layer adhesion and more uniform deposition.

Tungsten Disulfide Coating

The nozzle tip features M2 hardened high-speed steel, heat-treated to an ultra-tough 68 HRC hardness rating. With electroless nickel plating and finished with a premium WS2 nano coating, this combination creates an ultra-smooth, non-stick surface with a friction coefficient of just 0.035 that resists plastic buildup for smoother, more reliable printing.
