This D-Cut shaft measures 5mm in diameter. It has a surface ground flat that offers reliable grub screw engagement when used with pulleys and/or gears.

Made from DIN100CR6 bearing steel, these shafts / rods / axles have a tight diameter tolerance with a Rockwell Scale hardness of HRC60. Available in multiple lengths.

Each shaft has a 0.5mm

Lengths:

45mm - 1mm Depth D-Cut

50mm - 1mm Depth D-Cut

60mm - 0.5 mm Depth D-Cut

72mm - 1mm Depth D-Cut

160mm - 1mm Depth D-Cut

Hardness: Hrc60 - Double quenched (martensite)

Diameter tolerance: -0.003-0.01mm

Length tolerance: 0-0.3mm
