Prusa Smooth PEI Print Sheet for Core One L
The Smooth PEI Print Sheet is a double sided spring steel sheet designed for the Prusa CORE One L. It offers great adhesion across most materials, but it's especially well suited for PLA. Smooth PEI creates a clean, glossy finish on the bottom of prints.
In contrast to the textured and satin sheets, the smooth variant may need a release agent for some filament. Apply glue stick when printing PETG or flexible filaments to keep them from bonding too strongly to the surface. Also avoid cleaning the sheet with IPA right before printing PETG.
Small marks left by a nozzle or tools will look shinier than the surrounding area, but they do not affect adhesion or function. If you want an even appearance across the bed, gently buff the area in a circular motion with the hard side of a dry kitchen sponge.

Usage Tips
- PETG and flexible filaments bond strongly to bare smooth PEI, so apply a glue stick across the print area first. It acts as a release layer that protects the sheet. For the same reason, avoid wiping the sheet with IPA right before a PETG print, since a freshly cleaned surface makes PETG grip even harder.
- Switching print sheets calls for readjusting your Live Z value, since sheet thickness varies slightly from one to the next.

Print sheets are consumable parts and are not covered by warranty, as the coatings are expected to wear over time. Only sheets that arrive defective are eligible for warranty coverage.
