Prusa Satin Powder-Coated Print Sheet for Core One L
The Satin Powder Coated Print Sheet is a double sided spring steel sheet designed for the Prusa CORE One L.
Satin strikes a middle ground between the smooth and textured sheets. Its powder coated finish is lightly textured and matte, providing a strong level of adhesion that works especially well with PLA and PETG. Most materials print well without a separation layer such as glue.
The satin sheet is compatible with a wide range of filaments, including ABS, ASA, FlexFill 98A, and Polycarbonate. Polycarbonate in particular adheres better to the satin surface than to the smooth or textured sheets. If you print polycarbonate often, a glue stick layer is recommended to protect the sheet from damage.

Usage Tips
- Never clean with acetone. Acetone causes microfractures in the surface that will degrade it over time.
- Printing polycarbonate is best done with a glue stick layer to protect the sheet from damage.
- ASA and PC Blend prints benefit from a brim, skirt, or shield around the print.
- Do not use sharp metal tools such as a spatula to remove prints, as they can damage the surface.
- Switching print sheets calls for readjusting your Live Z value, since sheet thickness varies slightly from one to the next.

Print sheets are consumable parts and are not covered by warranty, as the coatings are expected to wear over time. Only sheets that arrive defective are eligible for warranty coverage.
