Each tip is built from thousands of tiny diamond crystals bound into a matrix by a proprietary binder and joined by direct diamond-to-diamond bonds.

Please note: Some filled materials contain particles that are close to, or even larger than, smaller nozzle orifices. Running these filaments will significantly raises the risk of a jam.

Yes, given enough time the nozzle may eventually show some signs of wear. However, it will do so considerably slower than a Hardened Steel nozzle. Wear resistance is difficult to quantify because it depends on the filament's base polymer, additives, brand, print temperature, and speed.

Yes, the DiamondBack nozzle is capable of printing any material. Just keep in mind you're still limited by your printer's maximum temperature.

We recommend the standard slicer profiles in Creality Slicer as a starting point. However, it may be possible to further improve print performance by tuning for your specific filament.
