The Micro Swiss FlowTech hotend for the Creality Ender 5 Max is a true plug 'n play upgrade, tuned specifically for the Ender 5 Max with a matched NTC thermistor. No hardware modifications or firmware changes needed.
It ships with the new Hyper-CHT nozzle, built on patented Bondtech CHT technology, and delivering flow rates up to 62 mm³/sec. It also features a sealed heater core, a permanently sealed leak-proof nozzle assembly, and access to the full FlowTech nozzle ecosystem. They make cold nozzle changes quick and painless, with no hot tightening required. Rated for printing up to 300°C.

Hyper-CHT Nozzle
- High Flow: The Hyper-CHT nozzle uses a six-chamber internal geometry that doubles the heating surface area, increasing flow rate by up to 95% over a standard nozzle.
- Enhanced Layer Adhesion: Because the Hyper-CHT melts plastic evenly from the inside out, you get stronger layer bonding at any speed.
Sealed Heater Core
In contrast to the original heater core, the FlowTech features a sealed heater core which provides the following benefits:
- Enhanced Heat Retention: The sealed design efficiently traps heat within the core, ensuring stable and consistent printing temperatures.
- Increased Durability: By protecting the heating element and thermistor, the sealed heater core reduces the risk of damage, extending the lifespan of the hotend.
Leak-Proof Nozzle, Cold Changes
The FlowTech Hotend combines the nozzle and titanium heatbreak into a single, permanently sealed assembly that ensures a leak-proof design.
That integration means you can swap out nozzles without preheating or heat tightening. It takes one hand and a few seconds.
